Buying a plumbing fixture online may seem convenient and the less expensive way to go, however, I can tell you from the customers who come in each week complaining about the product they purchased online, it's not a good idea. As my Italian friends would say, "fuggetaboutit"!

The online retailer is not an authorized dealer; but rather a reseller, therefore, you will not be able to contact the manufacturer for missing parts and or service should you encounter a problem. When you buy online, you may be talking with someone in another country or someone sitting in a cubicle thousands of miles away. Essentially, you don't know them and they don't know you. At Kitchen Bath Warehouse, we get familiar with you and the project you're doing. You will be working with an experienced sales professional who knows everything there is to know about the product you're interested in and can guide you properly from start to finish. Also, because we're local, should your installer have questions or concerns, they can call or come into the store for quick service and answers to their questions.
You can't touch it or feel it online. Most online sites have generic stock photos that may not truly represent the product your buying. It's very hard to do that for every item as manufacturers are constantly updating products and prices. While most websites will say "In-Stock, Ships Immediately", that's not true in most cases. Resellers do not carry inventory; so they need to order the product for you. That process will take at least 5-7 business days or 10-14 calendar days. If you want it faster, be prepared to pay big bucks for expedited shipping; which will only shave about 3 days off your order time.
